Pakistan and England are set to lock horns in the 10th match of the ongoing World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2024 at the Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham on Sunday.
Pakistan Champions are on fire in WCL as they have won all three of their matches in the tournament so far.
They started their tournament on a high note as they beat Australia by chasing the 190-run target. In their second match, they posted a 195-run target and managed to defend it successfully.
Pakistan’s most notable victory came on Saturday when they outclassed arch-rivals India by 68 runs and remained the only unbeaten team in the tournament.
On the other hand, England Champions, the hosts, are having an on-and-off tournament. They lost to India in the first match of the tournament but bounced back and recorded a nine-wicket win against South Africa in their second match. However, they lost to Australia in their third clash of the tournament.
England Champions are currently fourth on the points table with just two points from three matches and a +0.305 Net Run Rate (NRR). A loss against Pakistan tonight would put them in great trouble.
